Our beautiful house is set in 5 acres of pine scented tranquillity with magnificent views of the Sierra del Gigante. For many years we have wanted to offer our clients a haven for health rejuvenation where the accent is on nature rather than machine. We both have a wealth of experience working in health farms, firstly at Tyringham Naturopathic Clinic, then at Forest Mere in Hampshire when it was part of the Savoy Hotel, then finally back to Tyringham for a while before starting our practice in Redcar.

At La Monja the air is pure and full of oxygen due to the pine trees and absence of industry. The world changes constantly, and the future is an unknown, but when opportunities are given one should take them.
